This modified cutter prints with a Sharpie, drawing out the optical illusion of “yeah” continually. Why did I do this, put it in a gallery, and sell Sharpie line-type rolls that whisper yeah anyway you look at them?

In this age of increasingly sophisticated printing technology, I think it’s important that we don’t overlook the new opportunities allowed between mundane classics and new machinery. If anything these advances ought to allow us to enhance our crafts. (Typography, engineering, S'more making, etc.) At the most basic of levels, I hope this project rejuvenates an interest in the simple pen.
